Embark on a full-day waterfall excursion, venturing into the heart of Lombok's lush landscapes to discover its hidden natural wonders. Traverse winding paths through verdant forests and terraced rice fields as you make your way to breathtaking waterfalls, including the renowned Benang Stokel and Kelambu. Marvel at the cascading water and rejuvenate your spirit in the midst of nature's beauty

Day 3: Cultural Immersion

This image depicts a group of people gathered around outside and smiling. There is Indonesian architecture and a motorized bike in the surrounding area.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture with a visit to the bustling fresh market, where colorful displays of fresh produce and lively exchanges capture the essence of daily life in Lombok. Continue your cultural exploration with a guided tour of the serene village of Batu Layar, where narrow alleyways and friendly locals await. Experience the warmth of traditional hospitality as you enjoy a sumptuous meal prepared by your gracious hosts.

Tonight you head into Mataram to experience the coffee culture at one of the vibrant cafes - expect live music.

Suggested Cafés:

  • Lugna Coffee

  • Kinta Coffee

  • Nyaman Coffee

Day 4: Island Escape to Gili Air

This image depicts a beautiful ocean view with vibrantly blue water and a boat faintly in the distance.

Bid farewell to Senggigi and catch a speedboat to the enchanting island of Gili Air, where paradise beckons with crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches. Spend the day leisurely exploring the island by bicycle, meandering along sandy paths and discovering hidden treasures around every corner. Indulge in beachside relaxation, snorkel in the vibrant coral reefs and delight in the simple pleasures of island life.

Jump on your bicycle and head out to Sunset Point. Colorful beanbags await you at one of the many beachfront cafés. Prepare yourself for a dazzling sunset. After sunset you can catch a movie on the beach with some popcorn and why not enjoy some freshly grilled seafood while enjoying Eat, Pray, Love under the stars.

Day 5: Snorkeling Adventure

This image depicts underwater ruins in the form of human figures.

Wake up early to go and experience sunrise on Gili Air… this is heaven. After sunrise catch breakfast on the beach or at one of the cafés on the main road.

Get ready for your half day snorkeling trip that takes you to the two sister islands of Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno. The pristine water and stunning stretches of beach will leave you mesmerized.

Hop on a boat and easily move between the islands to encounter this underwater playground. Just off the beach of Gili T you will discover Turtle Point, home to a sandy beach and seagrass where you are guaranteed to encounter the local turtles.

Off the west coast of Gili Meno you will find the famous Nest underwater statues, 48 life-size human figures placed in a circle formation, sitting just four meters underwater. This is part of the program to encourage reef growth.

You will get to your hotel in the late afternoon where you can relax at the pool or under an umbrella on the beach. This is island life...

Day 6-7: Lombok Nights

I would highly recommend an additional two nights to explore the south of Lombok. Kuta, Lombok is so much more than just a laid back surfing town. It has developed a vibe and culture of its own and is home to some great restaurants and accommodation options. The south coast is a surfing mecca from Pink beach in the east to Selong Belanak in the west.

If you intend summiting Mount Rinjani you will also need an extra two days. This magnificent volcano is rated as a world class tourism destination and attracts hikers and serious mountain climbers from around the world. Reaching 3,726 metres into the sky, Rinjani is the second highest volcano in Indonesia.
