Understanding Fora's model is a prerequisite for partnership. We do things differently, on purpose.

Our community
Fora welcomes new agents and seasoned industry veterans into our community. With this in mind, we've grouped our community based on their career development. Fora Advisors grow their businesses quickly — today’s Certified & Advanced are tomorrow’s Pro & X.
Certified & Advanced: New to the industry and building their foundational business
Pro: $100K+ annual book of business and quickly scaling their clients base and partner relationships
Fora X & Centum: $500K+ annual book of business, working with a variety of clients and suppliers; Centum is an élite subset comprised of our top 100 performers

Travel agent rates & FAMs
To ensure maximum ROI, only Pro and Fora X Advisors have access to TA rates and FAM trips. Along with sales expectations, we require advisors to agree to a suite of deliverables to support partner visibility and community learning after a stay or FAM.
All travel agent rate requests must be approved by Fora HQ

Payments & invoicing
Fora's Finance team collects and processes all commission payments on behalf of Fora Advisors.
Commission payments must always be made to Fora HQ (never directly to the advisor)
Fora will invoice you for commission payments after the client completes the trip
Fora prefers to work with gross rates; please quote gross rates instead of net

Office visits
Fora HQ is located in the Financial District of NYC, and is home to our 100+ staff that supports our advisor community.
Please note all our advisors are fully remote and will not be in the office
Office visits are not appropriate for sales presentations
