Things to do in Coral Gables
Made out of coral rock, the Venetian pool is a great spot to cool off on a sunny day. This is Miami… so we get a lot of those days to enjoy! It has caves, waterfalls and the spring water feels amazing. It is simply beautiful.
After taking a dip in the pool, we headed to one of my favorite hotels in Miami, The Biltmore Hotel. As a little girl growing up in South Florida, I always pictured the Biltmore as sort of a fairytale castle. You knew of someone who got married there or wanted to get married there. Cool side note about this hotel: at one point it used to have one of the largest pools in the world.
The Biltmore was and still is historic, beautiful and iconic! Relax and indulge in all its amenities. They have a spectacular fireworks show!
*Nearby is Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. An exquisite estate worth the visit!
