Wellness in Ubud extends to the plate as well. The city boasts a thriving organic food culture, with numerous restaurants and cafes offering farm-to-table, nourishing delights. Savor mouthwatering vegetarian and vegan dishes made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, which not only tantalize your taste buds but also support your overall well-being.

Some of my favorite places to eat include:

Alchemy – 100% raw vegan café and juice bar utilizing locally grown, organic ingredients. There is also an amazing wellness store!

Bali Buda – A huge menu that is all non-GMO, gluten-free, hormone and antibiotic-free for the animal produce. They too have an amazing health food grocery store.

Seeds of Life – A personal favorite! It’s a great macrobiotic/raw food café and is so very zen. They have an awesome menu as well as a tonic bar to support a wide array of nuances.

Yoga Barn Café – This is just such a bonus, why not treat yourself to a delicious raw dessert or smoothie after a yoga class?
