Roberto was an excellent travel advisor. Communication regarding our inquiries was promptly attended to and our trip went smoothly. It was a great experience!

This is my 4th time to use Roberto and I think that says it all. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, customer-centric and passionate about what he does. You can certainly see that he cares that you have a great start to your vacation. The hotel we ended up choosing did not have an elevator (btw, that’s the only negative about our hotel) and because of this, and our concern about walking with our luggage from the old town gates to our hotel, Roberto suggested another hotel right outside the walls of the old town. We decided to stay at this hotel but we should have gone with Roberto’s suggested hotel! Moral of the story - always listen to your Travel Advisor - they know best! I certainly will next time!

As usual, he was extremely helpful. We intend to book with him for all our travel related needs.

Roberto definitely came to the rescue with our hotel and tour needs. We loved the hotel he picked out for us as we are a family of kids-at-heart who enjoyed the culinary treats and fun activities at the hotel. He was able to provide links to activities and details on transfers that helped us decide on what works for our group as we were coming on different days and from different locations. Looking forward to our next trip and Roberto will definitely be making the plans with us!
