Phelipe was great. From our first communication, he was responsive and provided a great variety of options to help us find the perfect hotels for our trip. I was impressed with his ability to learn our travel preferences quickly, which enabled us to find the perfect hotels (and room categories) for our family in the different cities. He also went above and beyond by regularly checking prices on certain room categories that we wanted to monitor. The pre-trip communication with the hotels clearly made a difference as well. We were upgraded at both of the hotels we booked through Phelipe. And the welcome notes and amenities really added to our experience.

Phelipe was great from start to finish. Responsive to our request and changing preferences for our trip to multiple cities in Switzerland. We will definitely engage Phelipe again for our future travel.
