We had Gaia help us plan our Italy vacation which included our wedding in Puglia and then our "minimoon" in Florence and Rome. We had never used a travel planner before, but we are so glad we did for this trip! We were mainly focused on wedding planning, so we wanted to take the stress out of planning the rest of the trip—and she handled everything for us. She planned our time in Florence and Rome, booked great dinners, set up an amazing cooking class in the Florence hills, set up a spa appointment, and took care of our Vatican and Colosseum tours. She also coordinated all our travel between cities, which made the whole trip feel super smooth.
Gaia was lovely to work with, she was super responsive on WhatsApp any time we needed help on the trip and all of her travel suggestions were wonderful. We didn't have to worry about anything on our trip and could just relax and enjoy it all. We would love to work with her again in the future!

As an American living in Italy, she offers a truly unique perspective: the seamless, familiar planning process of a US-based agent combined with the deep, localized knowledge of a resident. She didn't just book a trip; she curated an unforgettable cultural immersion.
The logistical aspects were flawless—from securing charming, authentic hotel stays in Puglia to booking exceptional, local restaurants that were true hidden gems.
What truly set her services apart were the bespoke cultural experiences she arranged. We spent a joyous afternoon with a local family learning the ancient art of making fresh mozzarella, followed by an incredible olive oil tasting where we not only sampled top-tier products but also learned the history and production process directly from the grove owners. Another day we participated in an intimate cooking class, hand-making pasta from scratch and perfecting focaccia bread, providing skills and memories we brought home.
She also handled our excursions with mastery. We enjoyed a breathtaking private 2-hour boat tour along the coast, exploring hidden caves and coves. Her expert planning even made a high-speed, one-day trip to Capri possible, including reserved tickets that allowed us to successfully visit both the stunning island and the iconic Blue Grotto without feeling rushed.
