Off-the-beaten-path destinations and hidden gems are my specialty, and I have a tendency to plan my itineraries around local cuisine and unique hotels. My goal? We had Gaia help us plan our Italy vacation which included our wedding in Puglia and then our "minimoon" in Florence and Rome. We had never used a travel planner before, but we are so glad we did for this trip! We were mainly focused on wedding planning, so we wanted to take the stress out of planning the rest of the trip—and she handled everything for us. She planned our time in Florence and Rome, booked great dinners, set up an amazing cooking class in the Florence hills, set up a spa appointment, and took care of our Vatican and Colosseum tours. She also coordinated all our travel between cities, which made the whole trip feel super smooth.
Gaia was lovely to work with, she was super responsive on WhatsApp any time we needed help on the trip and all of her travel suggestions were wonderful. We didn't have to worry about anything on our trip and could just relax and enjoy it all. We would love to work with her again in the future!

Gaia took into account all our interests and planned a perfect graduation trip for my son. The excursions especially the sunset cruise and bikes through the country side was an experience we will always remember. We also loved making pasta with Nona.
