Kennedy went over and beyond to help book us at the Rosewood along with finding us a great room, and ensuring we were warmly welcomed. She helped us secure transportation to/from the airport and constantly checked in on us if we needed any dinner reservations. She even checked in during the trip to ensure she was monitoring our flights during all the crazy cancellations that were happening that week.

Kennedy is so easy to work with! Plus she has fantastic recommendations. She responds quickly to emails and misses no details. It was so nice to not have to worry about booking anything. Everything Kennedy set up for us went so smoothly, we will definitely be using her again!

Kennedy is SO quick with communication and providing hotel options! She was also very patient as we took our time making decisions and revising our hotel requests. She even found an opportunity for us to re-book and save money (although that didn’t end up working out, the fact that she took it upon herself to track pricing and suggest it as an option meant a lot!) Would love her help for future travels!
