Julia helped me find the best rate for my hotel. She also found and booked the two tours we went on during the trip. The city tour was phenomenal, the second tour had some logistical difficulties. I emailed Julia right away with my dissatisfaction and she handled it wonderfully; very professionally. Was even able to secure a partial refund. Overall, very satisfied with her service.

Julia could not have been a more perfect advisor. Her hotel recommendation was excellent and exactly what we needed. Her continuing attention and care about our stay made us feel more comfortable. She went above and beyond when we had some flight issues but, thanks to her, it seemed like a non-issue. She followed up consistently to make sure everything was going great. Her knowledge and professionalism created the best experience we could have asked for. I will be continuing to use Julia for any future trips.
