Charlotte was a fantastic to work with – always attentive, excited and enthusiastic. She helped us with our hotel and spa booking and offered nice materials about excursions. Our welcome treat after a long day of traveling was such a nice touch! We would absolutely work with Charlotte again and recommend her to friends and family.
