This predicament has been a long-standing struggle for our family of four. Every winter vacation, we non-skiers would be apathetic about the trip, reluctantly hitting the slopes despite our lack of enthusiasm. However, this year, I decided to take charge and create my own personalized, fun-filled itinerary. To my surprise, not only did I have an amazing time, but my selected activities captured the interest of other family members. I successfully got at least one other person to take a break from skiing or snowboarding to join me on each excursion. Park City has long garnered an esteemed reputation as a premier ski destination. In January 2024, I had the opportunity to conduct a site inspection at the Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection, located in Deer Valley, Utah. Having been awarded the prestigious 2023 #1 Resort Hotel in the U.S. by Travel & Leisure, as well as serving as the location for a movie, my expectations were high. As frequent visitors to the region and well-acquainted with its five-star hotels, I was eagerly looking forward to seeing if this boutique property lived up to the hype. To my delight, I found the resort to be exceptional, boasting an intimate, luxurious experience with impeccable service in a great location. Without a doubt, I would eagerly choose to stay here again.

Utah is quite literally a hiker's, climber's, and photographer's dream come true. With its five iconic National Parks, the state is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in the US.
