This year, Henley was recognized for her expertise in two destinations: Costa Rica and Mexico. It’s a testament to her depth of regional knowledge. But it also speaks to her ability to connect emerging trends and destinations into actionable guidance for clients, whether they're interested in solo travel or the best hotels in Europe.
A professional travel advisor for over 15 years, Henley co-founded Fora to tear down the gatekeeping and outdated infrastructure that had long defined the industry, replacing it with something built for the next generation of travel entrepreneurs. “I’m fortunate to have had rich firsthand experiences,” she said, “and to be part of an inspiring entrepreneurial community that fuels my work today.”

Chirag Panchal, founder and Chief Executive Office of Ensuite Collection

Chirag Panchal spent 13 years in hospitality before founding Ensuite Collection, a modern luxury travel company that prides itself on cultural nuance, deep client relationships, and seamless execution. Recognized on the A-List for his U.S. expertise, Chirag has carved out a distinctive niche: helping South Asian travelers feel genuinely seen in luxury spaces, not just accommodated.
For Chirag, every trip is an opportunity to go above and beyond for his clients. When a Dallas family wanted to witness the 2024 total solar eclipse, Chirag arranged a private jet, complete with an in-flight meal and a champagne toast at totality. That same instinct for the memorable carried through a 17-person 40th birthday celebration in Greece, where a dedicated on-the-ground assistant ensured every excursion and last-minute request was handled without a hitch. Alli Widman built Avant Ski around the belief that adventure and luxury aren't opposites. Recognized on this year's A-List for her ski expertise, Alli designs trips that range from deep-powder ski expeditions to Alpine summer adventures, always with meticulous attention to terrain, timing, and experience.
Her planning instincts shine under pressure. When a family of four made a last-minute decision to ski Europe over the holidays—six weeks out, four different skill levels—Alli secured accommodations in Switzerland and Austria, arranged all ground transfers, locked down key restaurant reservations, and matched each family member with the right ski guide. "Alli's passion for skiing and her responsiveness gave us so much confidence before we left," said client Brian. "She delivered." For a milestone 50th birthday shared by two families, she orchestrated a ski-in, ski-out guided safari through the dramatic terrain of the Dolomites, complete with mountain dining and stays at rifugi and luxury lodges.

Paul Tumpowsky has been named to T+L's A-List every year since 2017, making this year his tenth consecutive appearance.
