I loved working with Alli. She had excellent ideas for making our ski trip really enjoyable. Great communicator. It's an actual real person that gets to know you. We talked on the phone and had a zoom call. So it all felt very comfortable, and I felt like I could really trust Alli. This was the first time we've ever used a travel agent and I have to say, it's pretty awesome. =)

Alli is awesome! We have booked several trips with her now and she is really great to work with. She has a great understanding of what we like and tailors every trip to our preferences. Due to the nature of our work, we often have to plan last minute trips or make adjustments and Alli has been very understanding and accommodating. She helped set up all the details for this trip including all our transfers and internal travel, recommending and booking hotels, restaurants and tours in multiple locations. She has a lot of firsthand knowledge and also works with some great local partners who were our main point of contact during this trip and helped us with a few unexpected adjustments and last minute bookings while there.
