I cannot recommend Ensuite Collection enough! From the beginning, Chirag was professional and genuinely invested in making my 40th trip unforgettable. He took time to understand what I wanted and helped with the planning process: hotel, welcome bags, and activities. His attention to detail and insider knowledge saved me time, stress, and I felt supported every step of the way so I could truly relax and enjoy my experience.

Chirag and his team were truly a pleasure to work with. As stated above, he helped book my groups guests rooms, organize and ship welcome bags to Portugal and book activities for 13 girls. He saved my trip when we had a mishap with the shipping: delivery of my welcome bags. He took the extra time and effort to contact UPS Portugal to hunt down the bags so they could be delivered before my groups arrival. He woke up in the wee hours of the morning in order to speak to them and resolve the issue. He also worked with the hotel staff to find the bags when UPS were not cooperating with us. Chirag was able to convince the staff to physically go to UPS warehouse and track the package. All of this was happening behind the scenes without my group knowing a thing! I cannot thank Chirag enough for going above and beyond for me, he saved the day! If I had planned this trip on my own or with someone else, I don’t think we could have executed this so seamlessly. I am so glad that I chose Ensuite to help plan my trip.

We’ve booked several trips with Ensuite Collection so far and the experience has been excellent! We actually had a different travel agent before and were not very happy because we felt rushed and pressured to book too quickly. Coming to Ensuite was very refreshing because we could enjoy the travel planning phase of the vacation again. The process of selecting the trip and making all arrangements is a lot more personable than it felt with our prior agent. At the same time, it’s still very prompt and accurate. Upon arrival at the travel destinations, we were always pleasantly surprised with upgrades, notes and special treats.

Everything was well-communicated and well-executed. As a result, our trip was stress-free and easy, even with our young children!
