I'd be remiss if I did not start this review with comments about Rachel Gutner and the care and attention to detail she provided us while working with her. Every aspect of our experience from the initial conversation we had with Rachel describing what we were looking for in our trip to Provence, to the special treatment we received at the hotel due to Rachel's engagement with the proprietor, was beyond expectations. You can imagine how it felt when we arrived fairly late in the day and the hotel manager greeted us with, "Mr. and Mrs. Shaw, we've been expecting you!" Certainly, a testament to the hotel, but an even greater testament to Rachel's ability to make deep connections with the people who are serving her clients. On top of that, Rachel left a personal note in our room with a complimentary bottle of, what else in Provence, but Rose! She knew we were celebrating our anniversary and took the time to acknowledge that and ensure a gift was left as well. I could not have asked for more from a booking agent. Not only did Rachel cover every detail plus more, she did it all with a smile, an enormous amount of patience and an easy to work with style. Thank you, Rachel for all you do!!
