This was my first time booking with a travel agent and I could not have been more impressed with Andy. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was so overwhelmed planning my first trip abroad and he completely eased my stress. He asked us what type of vacation we were looking for and worked with our budget. Each hotel he recommended he gave us a description which was really helpful for when we had to narrow down our choices. He always responded to our questions very quickly and even got back to me during our trip when we had a question. We loved our vacation so much, all the hotels were wonderful and it wouldn't have been possible without Andy's help. I highly recommend going through him next time you book a trip! He is such an expert and will ensure that you have a great vacation.

Andy was absolutely wonderful to work with and I'll absolutely use him and his expertise in the future. He arranged our hotel and airport transfers, but also recommended restaurants and activities. When researching hotels he called them up to ask questions on our behalf, truly going above and beyond.

Andy did an amazing job finding a resort within our budget, but also a resort that 5 stars with an amazing view. He was able to get us upgrades and handle all of the planning for our trip. If you're thinking about hiring Andy as your travel agent, do it!
