Preferred Hotels & Resorts Platinum benefits vary by hotel, so you’ll need to connect with a Fora Advisor to learn about specific offers at your desired destinations. 

Fora travelers can generally expect benefits such as complimentary property credits, which can be used for resort amenities (like spa treatments or dining), free Wi-Fi, room upgrades and more.

Hundreds of Preferred Hotels & Resorts in North America, Europe and Asia participate in the Platinum program, but not all. Your Fora Advisor will be able to tell you if your chosen property offers Platinum benefits. 

If not, don’t worry. Your advisor may still be able to score you hotel and travel benefits.

The Preferred Hotels & Resorts Platinum rate is equal to the standard rate offered by participating hotels. However, booking directly at this rate will not earn travelers Platinum benefits, while booking with a Fora Advisor will.

Yes! Preferred Hotels & Resorts occasionally run special promotions that can be coupled with Platinum reservations. Your Fora Advisor will let you know if there are any special offers at your chosen hotel or elsewhere.

No. Platinum reservations can only be made through a preferred partner like Fora.

Yes. Travelers that are enrolled in the I Prefer rewards program can earn points on Platinum reservations. That said, I Prefer rewards generally cannot be combined with Platinum benefits.

Nope! Fora Advisors don’t charge a fee to book Preferred Hotels & Resorts Platinum reservations. In some cases, advisors may charge a fee for alternative services, such as scheduling an itinerary or booking air travel. You can find more information on our FAQs page.
