Fora’s Take

Visiting Prague left us dreaming forever of this incredible city. As the only metropolitan city in the region to survive WWII, the architecture and culture takes you back to old Bavaria without sacrificing the modernity of incredible food and drink. It's one of the world's safest cities and a fantastic place to travel.

Things to do in Prague

A city view of Prague in the daytime.

Museums

Central Museum with an incredible location in the city center. It features Dali, Mucha and a deep dive into Warhol's family lineage to the area. Did you know his OG family name was "Warhola"?

Kafka Museum, the place to go for lovers of history and strength. An ode to Czech born activist and writer Franz Kafka

Tours & Walks

The Prague Castle - Where the president still lives to this day. Its a long walk up the cobblestone hill it is perched upon. The cathedral alone is unlike anything you've ever seen. P.S. Can you see the presidential flag raised? It means he is in his quarters on that day.

Prague Old Town - Left in tact, even through the destruction of WWII, the old town of Prague is brimming with incredible food and culture. You cannot say you've been to Prague if you have not been to Old Town.

Crystal Shopping - Bavaria is home to some of the most amazing and stunning crystal shops in the world. If you like shiny things and stunning plate ware, you must visit the original crystal shops.

Český Krumlov - An incredible day trip only an hour or two outside the city to learn about the old lords and ladies who lived in the castles scattered about the rolling hills of Old Bavaria. I hope you castles from another life and handmade puppets.

Places to eat & drink in Prague

Drink

U Sudu - A wine bar with great live music... hundreds of feed underground.

DOG BAR! - One of our favorite hotspots with great drinks and a lot of fun

Hemmingway Bar - To date, the best mixology experience we've ever had. Definitely order the almond stuffed olives while you wait for your cocktail.

Alchemist Bar - The mysterious energy here chooses your drink based on the stars, but there are no disappointments.

Food

U Kroka - To feel, breathe, and eat like a local. This is the best Czech food experience we could imagine.

Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant - Prague is the home of - you guessed it- the Pilsner. This is as OG Pilsner as it gets.

Den Noc - Teeny tiny space, big huge gigantic flavors, if you like pancakes for breakfast.

Need to Know

There is nothing more amazing than the Prague public transit system. You never need to take an uber if you dont absolutely want to. The trolleys or metros.
