Do you only work on full-service group trips?


Not at all. While we love supporting full-service programs, we’re just as happy to help with one part of your event. Whether you simply need help sourcing the right hotel and negotiating the contract, or want support managing flights, transportation, excursions, and more, we’ll tailor our services to match your needs.
What types of groups do you work with?


We support all kinds of group travel, including corporate retreats, team offsites, conferences, incentive trips, celebrations, and social getaways. Whether you're planning a leadership summit or a friends’ 40th birthday bash, we can help make it seamless and memorable.
Is there a minimum group size?


We typically work with groups of 10 or more rooms per night, but we’re always happy to talk through your needs. If your group is smaller or more flexible, we can still provide support!
Do you charge fees for group planning?


Many of our core services, like hotel sourcing and contracting, are commissionable, meaning they may come at no direct cost to you. For more complex or full-service programs, we may charge a planning fee, which we’ll always share upfront before you commit.
Can you help with flights, activities, or on-site support?


Yes. We can manage flights, airport transfers, curated activities, group dining, and on-the-ground logistics. Whether you need light-touch coordination or hands-on execution, we can build the right level of support for your event.
