Kristel took great care of our group from beginning to end. She was prompt and responsive every time we needed help, including while we were overseas traveling. She is such a lovely person! Typically I plan trips on my own, but after working with Kristel, I know I’ll be a repeat customer with Fora Travel and with Kristel specifically. She helped make our group’s Italy dreams come true, and I’m so grateful!

Kristel provided excellent service and communication and helped bring our travel dreams to life! We weren't 100% sure about which highlight tour to take at our destination because the numerous options were overwhelming. She did some research and found us a wonderful option. In fact, at our hotel, we met a couple who, because they had enjoyed theirs so thoroughly, asked us if we planned to take a highlight tour. We said we planned to (with the company Kristel recommend), and they were thrilled for us because it turned out it was the same company they had used, and said they would have felt sorry for us if we had said we planned to go with a different company because this particular one was so well done. That certainly left us with high expectations, and we weren't disappointed! That's just one example of the kind of insight and recommendations Kristel provided that saved me hours of research and agonizing over what the best options would be.
