When traveling, I try to get a mix of the city and the outdoors. I like immersing myself with the culture, people and city life, but I also enjoy finding time to relax at a beach with a drink and reading a book or by hiking. Jaime Felix, our Travel Advisor, demonstrated excellent customer service. His communication was very timely, clear, and concise. He took all our travel preferences into account, especially that there were 9 of us traveling together as a group. He made sure that there were enough rooms and space for all of us, and he considered our preference to find a hotel where we could have good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an on-site restaurant. He also made sure that we had onsite parking. He provided extremely useful recommendations for our trip. I, along with the rest of our travel group, highly recommend the service of this Travel Advisor. We look forward to using his service again!
