Gloria DeLapa, our Fora Travel Advisor, did an amazing job for us. She is knowledgeable, professional, and detailed oriented. Gloria didn't miss a beat. To ensure a seamless experience, Gloria arranged for all of the airport, hotel, and cruise ship transfers as well as a seamless cruise ship check-in process. As an added bonus, Gloria surprised us with cake, champagne, and a 7 course dinner to celebrate my birthday aboard the ship. How special was that!! Our Caribbean cruise was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations, as did our Fora Travel Advisor, Gloria DeLapa.

It was clear that she took the time to understand our unique preferences and travel goals; she carefully listened to our ideas and concerns and then pulled together several recommendations that exceeded our expectations in every way. Throughout the planning process, her knowledge among the sea of possible destinations, accommodations, and travel logistics allowed us to narrow our focus, while still exploring options we wouldn't have even considered. When it came to making final decisions for our vacation, Gloria was a thoughtful sounding board. She brought helpful insight, honest feedback, and supported us in thinking through any concerns we had. Perhaps more importantly, I did not carry the pre-trip-anxiety that I have grown accustomed to as a "type-A- planner." Knowing that we were in such good hands and that Gloria had taken care of coordinating several details for our trip (e.g. booking our hotel, transportation, and dinner reservations) was a sincere relief. And that doesn't even include the amazing perks she secured for us during our stay: early check-in/late check-out, an incredible room upgrade, two 60-minute deep tissue massages, breakfast each day, $100 credit toward our stay, and even luxury transportation to-and-from the airport. Gloria went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip was perfect, and that's how we experienced our vacation! We cannot recommend her highly enough. Gloria's professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for her clients makes her an exceptional companion in co-creating a dream travel experience. If you want to embark on a journey that is thoughtfully tailored and meticulously planned, Gloria is the one to trust.

Gloria made this entire trip possible and we would have either not traveled or been completely stressed during our travel without her. Having not gone on a trip in several years, Gloria was able to understand our trip goals, location preferences, likes and dislikes, price point, etc.. She generated a list of resorts that made it significantly less overwhelming to research. Her response time was exceptional. She proactively reached out ensure that we were getting the best rates and opportunities with our shorter booking timeline. Gloria also went above and beyond by securing additional perks for us at the property that probably saved us close to $1,000 (total trip was $10k), of which we would not have been able to secure ourselves. It is the little things that made for an even more personalized experience. For example, I was unsure what to do with securing Mexican currency and she quickly responded while I was in the airport to get the best exchange rate and amount of cash for our trip. I have shared our experience with Gloria and FORA with a dozen friends and colleagues since returning from our trip. We have already begun conversations with Gloria for our next trip at the end of 2025.

Gloria was so responsive and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip memorable. She arranged a hotel for our arrival the night before we checked in and CR transportation to the resort. We also got a 100.00 resort credit and a room upgrade.
