Ed literally saved our vacation. I was so stressed out after discovering the bed bugs in our room at IVIS 4 that I was ready to call it quits and fly home. With very short notice, Ed found and booked a room at the Grand Hyatt in Athens for our third and final night in town, and it was a perfect fit for us before we headed out to Crete. He also had some good tips for dealing with the bites (Benadryl worked like a charm to dull the itching), and it was obvious to me how much he cared for our wellbeing after going through what we did. These things happen when you travel, but it makes a world of difference when you have someone like Ed that has your back and is ready to help. I would 100% recommend booking with Ed. He took care of us when we felt alone on the other side of the world.

Ed made this booking experience so easy and stress-free for us. He took care of literally everything, including finding this hotel among the hundreds of other options and booking our rental car to and from the airport (Sixt was great by the way). All we had to do was choose our dates. He listened to what we wanted from a vacation (relaxing by the beach). He also got us upgraded (for free) to a more luxurious room with pool access, which would have cost a lot more if we were to go it alone. It was the ideal Crete stay for jet lagged travelers. I would 100% recommend working with Ed, and we certainly will in the future for our next travels.

Ed was very patient with me as this was my first time on a cruise ship. He is very knowledgeable and I can tell he has lots of experience with making travel plans. He ask me lots of questions when I first reached out to Ed about what was important to me and my family to make the travel experience entertaining for all travelers. After my call with Ed, he had presented me with 5 travel options for the week I wanted to travel and he highlighted the pluses and minuses of each option within a few hours of my initial call. After reviewing the choices, it was easy for me to decide which option to go with and MSC was the decision I made. Once I told Ed that I wanted to go with MSC, he used his experience to advise me that the best cabin would be on the higher floors of the ship and stay toward the middle of the ship to minimize motion sickness since I was new to cruising. In addition thanks to Ed, the cabin was walking distance to the pool/ Buffett and sports complex. The family didn’t have to wait for the elevators to grab a quick bite, jump in the pool or shoot hoops at the basketball court. They just took the stairs ! I have already spoken to Ed about helping us book future travel plans for possibly later this year subject to availability and most definitely another cruise in the summer of 2026.
