Paris has so much to offer each and every traveler. From its many museums, historical sights, amazing hotels and delicious food and drink, you are sure to find something to satisfy even the most discerning traveler.

Parisian think of Deauville as New Yorkers think of East Hampton. After a 2-hour drive (or train ride) you can find yourself in a beautiful coastal town. It's great to visit during summer and escape the Parisian heat, or during autumn (especially during the American Film Festival if you want to spot your favorite movie star), but also during spring, when the temperature starts rising again.

Paris is always a great option, and it can be very exciting to re-discover it with small children. The city of lights is also a city filled with hidden parks and carnival fairs. It's a city that allows you to enjoy the most delicious hot chocolate and crepes while walking and watching the Eiffel Tour. Its a great place to fuel your child's imagination thru different architecture, museums and artists. It's never a bad time to visit Paris.

After five separate vacations to Paris and a short stint living like a local during my university’s study abroad program, I’ve learned a thing or two. I visited Hôtel Madame Rêve located in the Sentier neighborhood of Paris. The hotel opened two years ago after undergoing a nine-year renovation inside the old, 19th century post office. The hotel takes up an entire city block. All 82 rooms are found on the 3rd floor, providing a city or garden view. Just down the street you’ll find Bourse De Commerce-Pinault Collection, Jardin du Palais Royal and the Louvre. Local Parisian shops, as well as high end shopping are steps away.

Paris is a city that offers a perfect blend of history, fashion, culinary delights, outdoor gardens, and endless opportunities for exploration. I had the opportunity to tour Chateau Voltaire while wandering around Paris. It is a newly renovated boutique hotel in the 2nd ARR located between the Jardin des Tuileries, the Opera Garnier and the Louvre. The hotel offers 31 rooms and 1 suite. It is right in the heart of the city so it is perfect for someone that wants to hit all of the tourist spots while staying in a high end area with great shopping. The hotel now resides in the old Zadig and Voltaire headquarters and is owned by the founder himself.
