Fora has appointed Alanna Gregory as its first Chief Marketing Officer.
Alanna will oversee all advisor- and traveler-facing marketing for the brand—creative, brand and product marketing, media and performance marketing, content, partnerships and experiential activations, and communications.
Alanna joins on the heels of Fora’s $60M Series D fundraise, announced in July, and amid a broader rise in the travel advisory profession—LinkedIn ranked travel advisor as the fifth-fastest-growing job in the United States in 2025.
As Fora invests in new markets, scales its embedded AI assistant, Via, and builds new capabilities in cruise, flights, and enterprise, the company requires an experienced marketing leader to sharpen how travelers understand the value of booking with a Fora advisor—and to drive that brand globally.
“Alanna is the rare marketing leader who pairs analytical depth with true brand-building vision,” said Evan Frank, one of our co-founders. “Her experience spans acquisition, brand, and lifecycle, and she understands how each discipline can reinforce the others to create a powerful growth engine. Her leadership will be pivotal as Fora helps the next generation of travel entrepreneurs build bigger, more enduring businesses and grows into a global brand.”
“I was motivated to find my next role in a category where marketing could really move the business and where the product gives people something to fall in love with,” said Alanna. “Fora does that in a way few companies can. Beyond the market opportunity, what hooked me was the Fora team: founders with real conviction, investors who understand what they’re building, and a business with real fundamentals behind it. I love building brands, and Fora feels like a rare chance to define a category, at a moment when travel and experiences matter more than ever.”
Alanna arrives from Block, where as VP of Consumer Marketing she led consumer marketing for Cash App and Afterpay, overseeing a 65+ person organization spanning performance, lifecycle, product marketing, integrated marketing and media, operations, and analytics.
