Riva Lofts Florence
Florence, Tuscany, ItalySituated along the left bank of the Arno River, this boutique hotel offers an urban retreat just minutes from Florence's Renaissance center. Once an industrial factory from 1880, architect Claudio Nardi transformed the historic complex into sophisticated lofts. Guests can enjoy the garden, outdoor pool, and nearby Cascine Park, experiencing modern design in a genuine Florentine setting.
Rooms and suites
Each of the nine individually designed lofts features a careful mix of antique furnishings and modern design elements. Ranging from the cozy 20-square-meter Smart Room to the spacious 100-square-meter Suite Lofts, each space is thoughtfully crafted. High ceilings, stone walls, and large windows create a light and airy atmosphere, while unique pieces curated by architect Claudio Nardi add sophistication.
Families might choose the Junior Suite Lofts with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a private balcony. Couples may prefer the Deluxe Lofts featuring soft materials and light hues. Solo travelers or those on a brief visit might select the Standard Loft or Smart Room. Independent entrances and varied views of the river, garden, or city skyline provide options for different preferences.
