How to get here
Set between the Caribbean Sea and the Mayan jungle, the hotel is located along Tulum's coastline. It's approximately 30 minutes from Tulum International Airport (TQO) and about 90 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Private airport transfers can be arranged through the concierge, including packages that offer arrival transportation for two. While car rentals are available for exploring the Riviera Maya, many guests find the hotel's proximity to beaches, archaeological sites and the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve convenient without needing a vehicle.
