Fora‘s take

Book the pizza making class early in your stay—it's hands-on, genuinely fun, and you'll use the techniques you learn for the rest of your trip when exploring other Tuscan restaurants.

Set in the heart of Tuscany, among rolling hills, vineyards, and centuries-old olive groves, Castelfalfi is a place where time slows down and well-being takes center stage. Once a medieval village with Etruscan roots, it is now a refined retreat where history, nature and contemporary luxury coexist in harmony, offering an authentic Tuscan experience.

Rooms and suites

Rooms and suites at Castelfalfi offer an elegant and comfortable stay. Each reflects the estate's heritage while offering modern amenities. Wake up to panoramic views of vineyards and olive groves, with the Tuscan sun illuminating your space. Interiors showcase contemporary style alongside traditional accents, creating a relaxing atmosphere. For added privacy and luxury, Castelfalfi's villas provide an exclusive escape. Casa Medici and La Pergola are located within the medieval village, offering a historic setting combined with contemporary comforts. Casale I Bianchi and Il Fienile are set in the surrounding Tuscan countryside, offering a more secluded retreat immersed in the estate's natural landscape.
