Things to do in Old San Juan

Old San Juan is filled with historical places to walk through and learn from. There are a multitude of military forts to visit, including the picture-perfect Castillo de San Cristobal and El Morro. Each have beautiful landscapes and cost a small entrance fee of $10 USD. Just a short walk from there is the Capilla del Cementerio Santa María, a must-see colonial-era cemetery.

Walk through Fortaleza Street and do some shopping, and don't forget to look up! Walk down the oldest street in Old San Juan and make your way to La Fortaleza, where the Governor of Puerto Rico resides. This cobblestoned street boasts an array of boutiques, colors and restaurants. Be sure to bring your camera.

Take a trip to ToroVerde Nature Adventure Park to ride the world's second longest zip line: The Monster.
