Things to do in Walt Disney World

Hollywood Studios' theme park features Toy Story Land.

The 4 Parks Of Course

Magic Kingdom: Nostalgia at its finest. Rides like Dumbo, Pirates of the Caribbean and more spark memories and magic in ages 9 months to 99 years. Majority of rides have NO height requirement, meaning safe for newborns, pregnant people etc.

Animal Kingdom: Go see amazing animals, ride on the back of a Banshee and more. So much more than a zoo!

Hollywood Studios: Home to Muppets, Toy Story Land, Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge and beyond. Movie lovers and more will love this park!

EPCOT: People tend to write off Epcot…especially if they are going with younger kids, but it has become our favorite park. There is tons for kids to do here, but also so much amazing food and culture to experience right in this little park.

Disney Springs: Not a park, but free to enter. Shopping and restaurants, mainly, but also a carousel, the world’s largest helium balloon (that you can ride!), and more. Stop by The Ganachery for some chocolate treats and get their chocolate piñatas!

The Epcot Festivals: Epcot hosts festivals throughout the year that bring even more to do and see! The year starts off with the Festival of the Arts, then Flower and Garden Festival, followed by the Food and Wine Festival, and closing the year out is the Festival of the Holidays. Explore even more food, art, music and culture.

After Hours Events: There are holiday parties like Magic Kingdom’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party as well as Hollywood Studios’ Jollywood Nights. Guests staying at Deluxe Disney Resorts can partake in “Extended Evening Hours” at select parks on select nights. These are amazing and rides usually have little to no wait and it’s like you have the park to yourself!

Enchanting Extras: There is so much more to Disney than the parks! Just to name a few: Caring for Giants at Animal Kingdom gets you up close to elephants, while learning about the elephants kept at Disney, their care and more.

Savor the Savannah: Another tour at Animal Kingdom with a private safari followed by African-inspired tapas and drinks. How about Sangria University inside Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, where you get educated about the history of Sangria, and even get to make (and drink) your own!

Places to eat & drink in Walt Disney World

The Chocolate Tart is an old favorite at Les Halles Boulangerie Pattiserie in EPCOT.

Enchanted Rose: A lounge with drinks and small bites. Located inside the Grand Floridian Resort.

Trader Sam's: A bar/lounge inside the Polynesian Resort. Think tiki vibes.

Toppolino's Terrace: The 1 character meal is highly recommended. Inside Riviera Resort.

Les Halles Boulangerie: At the France pavillion in Epcot's World Showcase.

Steakhouse 71: Inside the Contemporary Resort.

Le Cellier: At the France Pavillion in Epcot's World Showcase.

Wine Bar George: Disney Springs.

Sleepy Hollow: Inside Magic Kingdom Park...the nutella and fruit waffle...is a must try!
