Places to eat & drink in Telluride
Alpino Vino - This Italian spot is a must do for lunch or dinner on top of the mountain (literally). Be sure to make a reservation beforehand!
Stronghouse Brew Pub - A great spot for a drink, but it can get crowded. Try the Ranch Water!
Smuggler Union Restaurant & Brewery - Very laid back place with awesome local beer options and bar food

Detroit Style Pizza and classic. Not truly NY/NJ pizza, but their Brooklyn Bridge Pizza is pretty good!
Poachers Pub - Located in Mountain Village but another great bar spot for food and drinks.
Timber Room - Located in the Madeline Hotel and one of the best outdoor bar in winter or summer! Be sure to book a reservation here and try one of their signature cocktail.
