Sam Madrid quickly booked our stay and found us better rates than I could find myself. She was very professional, always available and gave great information. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us when we arrived. The chocolates she left first night were a treat enjoyed by all. We look forward to having Sam book our next stay.
