I had never worked with a travel agent before, but I knew I needed help planning the family trip to Italy that I wanted—and quickly! Renée worked with me to define my goals and priorities. She then created the itinerary and a to-do list. She gave detailed pros and cons of each hotel, tour, etc., tips on documentation, and specific apps we might need. (not to mention the perks). I tell people that travel agents do the vetting so that you can choose only good things!

This was my first time working with a travel agent for a trip, and admittedly I wasn't too sure just how helpful one would be. Renee exceeded expectations and made planning this trip a breeze. She listened to all of my thoughts/suggestions/room requirements and delivered amazing hotel recommendations and great tour/activity recommendations as well. She also answered every little question I had, whether it was about navigating the city or restaurant recommendations. I am already using Renee to help with another trip, and I'm going to recommend her to all my friends.
