Renee is the absolute best! She made sure that every single aspect of our trip went smoothly. She went out of her way to find the transportation, accommodations, tours, and activities were exactly what we wanted and anticipated our every need. When there was a glitch (entirely our fault for missing a tour meeting time), she jumped into action and fixed everything immediately. If you are booking with a travel agent, there is none better than Renee.
