Michelle was a pleasure to work with! My fiancé and I wanted to get out of the city for a nice weekend away and Michelle helped us find the most charming and quaint hotel that had beautiful views in Montauk. She was thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure to stay within our desired budget, which was much appreciated, and gave us several options to choose from. She checked in with us a few days prior to ensure we had all of our arrival details and made our trip seamless. It was nice to receive personalized attention to make sure we felt comfortable. I am working with her again to book my honeymoon! She's in touch with the travel world and has great recommendations for the perfect hotels. I highly recommend booking your next trip with her!

This was my first time booking a trip with Michelle Vivoli, but I am glad I did! I was looking for a fun weekend getaway before the holidays and Michelle recommended that I stay at the Salamander Middleburg Resort & Spa. She informed me that it would make the perfect trip because it combined all the modern amenities of an upscale resort with the local charm of a small town in horse and wine country. I was truly blown away when I first drove down Mainstreet and then saw the Salamander for the first time. However, what surprised me most was that while checking in, I was informed that Michelle was able to upgrade our room to a cozy Estate Room with Fireplace, which added to a memorable weekend. Michelle did an excellent job of arraigning everything and picking the perfect weekend trip. I will definitely be using her again in the future!
