Cabo del Sol has long been an area favorite of mine. Located on the Golden Corridor that connects Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo is a resort enclave featuring the finest in Baja lifestyle experiences. Apple Hill is known regionally as the quintessential fall harvest haven. As leaves begin to turn in the Sierra Foothills, Apple Hill welcomes visitors to farms, wineries and produce growers to share in some of the best of California’s bounty. Pumpkins, pies and fresh apple cider mingle with seasonal vegetables, homemade jams and the delectable donuts at the many bakeries that dot the area. While Fall celebrates the season, guests can make trips to Apple Hill year-round.

In July 2024, my husband and I stayed at Hotel Villa San Michele in Castiglione Ravello, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. It is a boutique venue that is trellised into the hill cascading to the Tyrrhenian Sea. This private villa is family-run and a romantique hideaway for couples. I would definitely recommend this property to my clients.

We make Cabo an annual must as it can be a retreat or a party depending on the occasion.
