Having visited 30 countries as a teen, young adult, and parent to small children, my expectations and experiences with travel have changed immensely over time, but my attitude never wavers. There's a moment, whether it be when you get off an airplane and smell the warm ocean air, experience a brand new sunrise, or find the perfect pastry in a new city, that you know this is what life is about. My attitude isn't about once-in-a-lifetime. It's about making the best of what you have now and making sure there's more fun and adventure than work and stress. At the end of every day, I want to have experienced something new, and if I get to share it with friends and loved ones, then that’s the cherry on top.
