Lauren has been amazing , she set me up with a great itinerary , amazing hotel and great locations, suggestions for dining and adventures. I couldn’t be any happier if she told me it was all free. She’s been easy to work with as I have had to change things a few times. She arranged a trip to Europe that I could make due to illness and she was great at getting me refunds and or credits. Great job 10 stars out of 5

Lauren could not have been more helpful. This was a last-minute -"Hey - maybe I should run this by Lauren" moment when I was unexpectedly tasked with finding lodging in Santa Barbara on short notice. Literally, within a few minutes, she had possibilities ready for me to choose from, and all were excellent ideas. She is a stress remover and makes booking look effortless. Plus, I was relieved and impressed with Lauren's follow-up with the hotel to make sure all was in order for my requested early check-in. Can't get better than that.

This was our first trip booking with Lauren, and it was flawless. She was thoughtful and took a tremendous amount of care distilling all the information she gathered during our video meeting. We were in a difficult situation because we had already booked and paid for my much anticipated 70th birthday trip to Maui, just north of Lahaina--a place dear to us that we frequented. Given the devastation to this area, we knew it would be traumatic for us to spend such a milestone occasion there, but Lauren literally came to the rescue. We called her because we really didn't have any ideas about what to do. But Lauren had LOTS of wonderful suggestions and exquisitely pared them down to three manageable choices, which was relieving, to say the least. As I said at the top of this review ... her work is flawless. She is impeccable with details, so everything fell right into place. We got fabulous perks we could not have dreamed of, and we are hugely grateful.

Lauren did an excellent job on communicating through the booking process and gave us a number of great recommendations to choose from. Our entire trip was well organized, timing of flights was flawless and the choices of restaurants etc. showed how much research had been done in advance so we could make easy decisions!! Well worth having an advisor that takes all the hard work out of your hands!
