Kerry was able to book a room for me on a last-minute overnight airport stay due to weather delays, and she went above and beyond to get in touch with the hotel and booked us a great room on the same day, within an hour of contacting her. She also got us two free breakfast vouchers for a much-needed delicious breakfast the next morning before heading to board our 6 am flight. This was a 5-star booking experience, from start to end.
