About
The more off-the-beaten-path, the better. DFW-based, but often traveling to the world's best hidden kitchens, experiences and sites. Happiest at 30,000ft on the way to a new adventure.

My travel style
When my husband and I travel together, we aim for new experiences that are ones not often thought of. For us, diving into a culture headfirst is the most exciting part of travel. Having both worked in the travel industry, we take pride in finding the unique whether on a trip for work or for pleasure. At the end of the day, a hotel as unique as our adventures and a great local cuisine for dinner is the cherry on top of a great adventure.
Favorite hotels
Recently returned from:
Taking croissant making lessons from a French pastry chef in Paris.
Hiking the Saguaro filled desert in Tucson.
Relaxing and not lifting a finger in St. Lucia.
Taking in the site of 7.5 million people from The Peak in Hong Kong.
Dreaming of:
Taking in the sites and smells of Lake Cuomo, Italy.
Experience foodie magic at La Villa Bonita in Tepoztlan, Mexico.
Lobster fishing and fall color chasing on the New England coast.
Singita Safari in Africa.
One thing I can't travel without...
My Paper Shoot Camera. As a photographer, this is a must have.
Two truths, one lie:
I once took five different flights to cross the country just for the sake of adventure.
My now husband snuck out of the country and flew 17 hours around the world to Hong Kong without me knowing.
On a flight to Monterrey, California, I was once seated next to Prince Harry.
