Josh was excellent in all respects. His responses to all our questions and requests were immediately answered and taken care of.He had great suggestions for tours and restaurants. We encountered many personal glitches and he graciously and expeditiously rectified the issues. He always made himself available via text or phone call. We certainly would utilize his services again and recommend him highly.

A special thank you to Josh, our travel advisor, who made the entire process of finding and booking this hotel completely seamless. He even managed to get us an upgrade, which made our stay much more comfortable with amazing views of the east river.
