A few years ago, my husband and I faced an unexpected hiccup when traveling to Australia. Unaware of the necessity of an Australia Travel Visa during our early dating days, I was denied boarding on my first flight. Tears were shed, but with the help of a kind Delta agent, I managed to rush process a visa through a third party (with a hefty fee) and catch the next flight to LA. Lesson learned – and now, I'm here to make sure you have all the information you need.

I grew up in this unique waterfront town and still visit a few times a year. I love that Annapolis feels different during each season, but my favorite time of year is October, when you're surrounded by crisp air and autumn colors during the annual boat shows. MXP is also such an easy airport, and it's relatively seamless to get to Milan pre-or-post-Como for a wonderful few days exploring both the historical and modern sides of Italy.
