Jackie was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the entire trip planning process feel effortless. From the beginning, she really listened to what we were looking for and recommended the perfect fit with the JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa.
What truly set Jackie apart were her thoughtful recommendations throughout the trip. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on and ended up being some of the highlights of our vacation. She also encouraged us to explore different parts of the island instead of staying only at the resort, which gave us a much more memorable and authentic experience. We especially loved spending time shopping and walking along Front Street in Philipsburg, something we may not have prioritized without her guidance.
Jackie was responsive, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. It felt less like working with a travel advisor and more like getting insider recommendations from someone who truly knows and loves travel. We are so grateful for her guidance and would absolutely work with her again.

Jackie was amazing for this booking and our entire trip. Even though she was half a world away, she was on top of any request, complaint, nit-pick and had everything in perfect order. We had optional amenities outside of the hotel that she had researched and documented for us, so we knew where to go and when, when we needed them. Easily the best experience I have had with a travel agent, which is saying a lot since my parents owned a travel agency 25-30 years ago. She will customize your experience to great satisfaction!
