I’m a joyful adventurer always looking to bring more play into my life, blending fun with fitness through “destination exercise” — biking to local coffee shops or dancing at festivals. Some of my most memorable moments while traveling have been a complete surprise. I learn about the history and gastronomy of an area (usually intimately intertwined), book a couple of high-priority/demand activities and leave some time to go where the wind takes me.
