I do not think 5 stars is enough to express how amazing booking with Flo was! This was my first solo trip to a foreign country and let me tell you, Flo made it allllll worthwhile. First off, Flo is very sweet and attentive. There’s nothing like being in an unfamiliar country and knowing that your travel agent is on call just for you. Any questions I had or doubts, she was always a phone call away. Flo is very patient and helpful when it comes to all bookings. The itinerary she created for me was so easy to read and follow along. Waking up each day and just looking at the itinerary was a new experience for me, which was so awesome. All I had to do was show up to all of the excursions which by the way, WERE INCREDIBLE. Flo signed me up for many exciting excursions which were all very easy to manage. Every time I arrived to my excursions, I was greeted by name before I even said a word. Booking with Flo was just all around so seamless and probably the best way to vacation. Safety is also a very big thing for Flo, she makes sure to research every single little thing about every city you’re visiting. Moving forward I am not wasting any time planning my own trips. Flo is extremely meticulous and thorough when it comes to planning vacations. She will also accommodate according to your budget which is always a plus. I can’t see myself not having her plan my future vacations. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a phenomenal vacation get-away, Flo really is the way to go!

Florencia was the best, she planned everything perfectly for me. She helped me with picking the best resort for me and my partner. She also helped with planning most thrilling and memorable excursions. I will be booking all my vacations with her from now on. I did not have to lift a finger and the whole vacation was nothing but relaxing. I did not have to worry about a thing! Thank you to Florencia for making my anniversary so meaningful.
