Ashley was the BEST! I contacted her online and we corresponded via email. When I needed the reassurance of speaking to her live, she happily accommodated my request. She was friendly, kind and it was obvious she understood how special this trip was for us and how eager we were for everything to go well. She inspired confidence that we could leave our "dream" in her hands and she would do everything she could to help facilitate it to come true. Personal touches, a special handwritten note and even checking in mid-trip to ensure all was well. Thank you so much Ashley! Would highly recommend her and the St. Regis.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very professional and incredibly responsive. Her communication is straight forward and she makes the whole process very easy enjoyable. However, the thing I liked most about working with Ashley was that I had very specific requests and she far exceeded every one of them. I mentioned that I wanted a nice resort in the middle of town that had easy access to hiking, restaurants and shopping so my teen kids would have something to do. But I also wanted an outside pool that the family could enjoy and my husband and I could enjoy a glass of wine with a view after a long hike. She nailed every one of those requests. I highly recommend Ashley for any travel needs especially when traveling with a family and trying to accommodate multiple needs.

Ashley Morris was great! She was extremely responsive and booked us the perfect hotel for what we needed! Our travel plans changed at the last minute and needed to book a hotel close to the airport and she came through with flying colors. Definitely will work with her for all my travel plans.
