Alanna is truly the best! She is willing to assist as much or as little as you require. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us with choosing our flights, hotel, and excursions… which were fantastic! She would have done even more if we wanted/needed her to. We will never plan another trip without her. Alanna was extremely helpful during the process of booking our hotel stay, especially with the credit card fiasco I had. She called the hotel and spoke with a manager and made sure everything went through smoothly. Having her help definitely took a lot of stress off of my plate!
