You can enjoy a relaxed dinner together before an early night to recharge.

The anticipation builds as you prepare for a full week of adventure.

Day 2: Aquaventure adventure day

Kick things off with a full day at Aquaventure, the resort’s world-famous water park. From thrilling water slides to the rapid river and kid-friendly playzone, there’s something for every age.

You can unwind poolside at one of the many pools or have the kids burn off energy on the slides.

Wrap up the day with a casual dinner at the hotel.

Day 3: Marine life & beach exploration

Spend the morning discovering Atlantis’ incredible marine habitats, where you’ll see sharks, rays, and tropical fish up close. Be sure to check out the rope bridge, predator tunnel, and some of the fish feedings.

Afterward, head to the beach for sandcastle building, swimming, and relaxing under the Bahamian sun.

End the evening with dinner and ice cream at the Marina.

Day 4: Relax, recharge & revisit favorites

Use your final full day to revisit your favorite spots or try anything you missed.

Whether it’s one last ride down a water slide or a peaceful morning by the pool or beach, this day is all about choice and flexibility.

You can soak in the last moments of sunshine and connection.

Day 5: Until next time

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading home. Take one last look at the ocean and reflect on the memories you’ve made.

If you’ve booked an afternoon or evening flight, take advantage of the travelers lounge where you can shower and change after spending the morning at the pool.

Atlantis leaves you refreshed, reconnected, and already dreaming of your next visit.

Need to know

When visiting Atlantis Paradise Island, planning ahead makes a big difference.

  • Dining reservations and popular activities, like dolphin experiences and cabana rentals, book up quickly, so it’s best to secure those in advance.

  • Pack plenty of sunscreen, water shoes, and casual resort wear, as you’ll be moving between pools, beaches, and restaurants throughout the day.

  • If getting off the resort is on your list, there are great excursions we can recommend.
