Places to Visit on a Honeymoon

  • Africa - Safari / Gorilla Trekking - Perfect for the nature-loving couple. Most resorts including Singita include your full itinerary included in your stay (from food and drink to twice daily game drives, you'll stay busy on this honeymoon). I would recommend hopping over to Zanzibar after the safari to relax a bit.

  • Thailand - Explore one of the largest cities in Asia when you touch down in Bangkok (I always go for a food tour to get my bearings and experience the cuisine). Enjoy a rooftop like SkyBar, explore Grand Palace and Wat Prakeaw, and shop through the Chatuchak weekend market). Once you fly to southern Thailand you're in relaxation mode. Take a private boat ride around the island to explore hidden beaches, Snorkel in the pristine waters of Koh Tao, and dine in the tree tops.

  • Sardinia and Rome - Start your honeymoon by unwinding at your resort in Sardinia, which is less crowded than other Italian honeymoon hot spots and has some of the best beaches in Italy. Sardinia offers a little bit of everything, beaches, shopping, wine tasting and hiking. For life-changing Italian, search for su filindeu, aka the rarest pasta in the world (only three women know the recipe to this day, and it has been passed down for 300 years!!).

Places to eat & drink

  • Singita - Food and drinks are included and are out of this world. Hosts at the properties go above and beyond to provde you a 5 star cuisine experience after you embark in the heart of nature of the Serengeti.

  • Bangkok - Explore Yaowarat Street (Chinatown) and sample street vendors. the smells of the street are intoxicating and you're eyes will be much larger than your stomach -- worth it tho. Grab dfrinks at SkyBar for the most epic views of the bustling city of Bangkok.

  • Koh Samui -- Dining on the Rocks is a headline of a Koh Samui trip, located at the Six Sense property overlooking the stunning views of the blue waters of Gulf of Thailane

  • Sardinia - Go for su filindeu at Il Rifugio, aka the most rare pasta in the world (only 3 women know the recipe to this day and has been passed down for 300 years!!)
