Explore the ancient streets of Dalt Vila: Dalt Vila, the Old Town, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and an absolute must-see. I love getting lost in its labyrinth of cobblestone streets and finding a quiet café to enjoy a coffee. Go at sunset, when the light hits the walls just right, and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
Discover secluded beaches in the north: While the southern beaches are famous, the real beauty lies up north. I always escape to the hidden coves like Cala Xuclar or Es Portitxol. You’ll feel a sense of calm and a true connection to the island’s natural beauty that you just can’t find elsewhere.
A “secret” sunset ritual: Everyone watches the sunset, but I have my own ritual. Instead of the crowded tourist spots, I drive to a small, hidden cliffside near Es Vedrà. I bring a bottle of local wine and just sit in silence, watching the colors change. It’s a deeply spiritual moment and a true piece of my own Ibiza.
Visit a local farmer’s market: For a taste of authentic island life, I always visit a local market like the one in Santa Eulària. You can find incredible organic produce, local honey, and traditional crafts. It’s a great way to meet local artisans and bring a piece of Ibiza home with you.
Take a private boat to Formentera: A trip to Ibiza isn’t complete without a day trip to Formentera, and the only way to do it is with a private boat. The water is a breathtaking shade of turquoise, and the journey itself feels like an exclusive escape. We always anchor for a long lunch and swim in the clearest water in the Mediterranean.

El Chiringuito: When I want to feel like I’m on vacation, I go here. Despite its popularity, it maintains a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere that I love. My insider tip is to book a beach bed and enjoy the sun with a glass of rosé before a light lunch.
La Paloma: This restaurant is a true hidden gem, away from the crowds. Dining here feels like coming home, with dishes cooked with love and fresh ingredients from their own garden. It’s a place that connects you with the island’s most authentic and rural soul.
Cala Gracioneta: This small beach restaurant is an unmissable experience. The bay is small and private, and the restaurant serves a fantastic paella. It’s my favorite spot for a relaxed lunch right on the beach, with my feet in the sand.

I love driving through the rural north and finding a secluded beach like Cala Llentrisca—it’s where I truly feel the island’s authentic, bohemian energy.
For me, an absolute must-do is a day trip to Formentera. It’s a place that holds a special place in my heart. The ferry ride itself feels like an escape, and when you arrive, the color of the water is simply unreal. My personal ritual is to rent a scooter and head to the quietest beaches to fully appreciate its raw beauty. And a fun fact: you’ll be surprised to find that many locals on Formentera now speak Italian, not Spanish, a charming testament to its popularity with Italian travelers.
As a renowned DJ and producer, I can tell you that a true Ibiza experience isn’t complete without a visit to a top club or a private villa party. While the options are endless, each one offers a unique energy, from the iconic superclubs to the intimate, exclusive gatherings. This is where you truly experience the island’s legendary nightlife.
